Lorne Weekend |

Following last night’s meeting Peter called me today to confirm details for
the Lorne Weekend.
The date is 6th to 9th April. You are welcome to come
down on Friday and Peter and Helen will be laying on a pasta type meal. On
Saturday there are several options: fishing, walking, 4WDing, or simply
relaxing with and taking in the Lorne scene. On Saturday night there will be
a group dinner and the main course will be catered for. Then after a
relaxing Sunday morning we head home for Melbourne. Accommodation will be in
two neighbouring houses and there are ten bedrooms in total so we can
accommodate 20 people. BYO bed linen and towels.
The cost is $15 per couple for food. Please bring either nibbles,
entrees, desserts or a cheese platter. Also please call Peter or Helen on
9755 2438
and let
them know whether you are coming down on Friday or Saturday and your
expected ETA. Also please discuss what food items you will be bringing so
that we don’t end up with 10 cheese platters! BYO drinks - I’m told that the
’04 Insley is drinking very well at the moment. |
