Membership Application

Please complete the application form below and submit it to us. We will invoice you for the annual membership fee of $50 (pro rata for part year) and send you an indemnity form to sign. You membership will be confirmed once we have received your annual membership fee and you have signed the Club Indemnity Form (both parents to sign click here to view a copy).
